Brats slice selection and data processing details #26

Hi authors,

Thanks for sharing the code and the processed data. Could you please kindly share with me how you select slices from the original Brats 3D volumes? I notice that not all slices are included in the processed dataset.

Secondly, do you apply any processing techniques like resampling the 3D resolutions on the volumes?
