Remove Mod Fixer #118

Mod works in Patch 7 with Mod Fixer removed.

A note: This change makes the mod function, but the class and sub-class icons do not appear during character creation and level-up. Ability icons appear properly on the hotbar. Items function properly. I believe the only thing not working is the class/sub-class icons.
