In the opportunity stage, there is negotiation/project performance/revoke funds status paths.
To prepare for fund revoking on the application we need:
Section on Opportunity object with fields that capture warnings/descriptions/etc
Opportunity status to be Completed when the Contract end date has passed
And any other information that may be relevant
Remember that warnings can be given, and an account will be in "bad standing". Consider allowing a certain timeframe for an account to remediate, and the bad standing will be removed. However, if the applicant does not remediate within 30 days, their account will be in "Potential:Revoke Funds" status, removed, and sent an email notifying yhem.
