Research customer community and community+ profiles.

We should aim to gain the following information:

• How do we create a customer community/community+ user?
• Where is login information stored? (Which object, fields is it stored in?)
• After a business sends the application, how would the Lead contact be upgraded to a community/community+ user?
• and any other information that may be helpful for later
