(Possible) BUG : BDF-2 coefficients #41

I think there is a bug with the BDF-2 scheme.

I am not sure if I am setting correctly the coefficients multiplying the forcing terms that arise due to time discretization.

No bug.

What was causing that the BDF-2 convergence rate was not 2 was the approximation of the nonlinear operator.
