Problem with process in google crhome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open Google Chrome.
2. Open Task Manager
3. Open new Tab... a new proces is generated in the Task manager.
4. Close the tab... the process still open...
5. Repeat the steps 3 and 4. And generated more process... never are closed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The process should be close... no? the process still open.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Google Chrome 18.0.1025.152 m in Spanish.

Please provide any additional information below.

Also I think I found another problem but not if it's the browser or page.
