[Bug Report] Need for Speed Underground 2 NoCD Patch doesn't support Thai language

Describe the bug The NoCD patch for Need for Speed Underground 2 provided by NFS Patcher is not compatible with Thai language version.

To Reproduce

1. Find Thai version Need for Speed Underground 2 game installer. (Available on Archive.org)
2. Install the game.
3. Patch with NFSPatcher.
4. Run the patched game.

Expected behavior The game will launch and terminate itself.

Screenshots Due to the game auto terminated itself, no screenshot available.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11
• OS Version 23H2
• Software Version 1.2

Additional context FYI the NoCD Patched exe doesn't contain the Thailand.bin string which caused the exe not compatible with the Thai version.

The Thai unmodified version contains the relevant string as shown below:

However the NoCD Patch doesn't:

The only solution is to find a NoCD for Thai which will compatible with all other languages.

I did not make the NoCD, I believe it is from hoodlum, I'm not 100% sure as I haven't checked since I uploaded it, but I can try looking for one that supports Thai, the other ones listed on GCW are all listed as English, so I'm unsure if they would support Thai, I currently don't have time to check but when I get time I can try looking, sorry
