Requirements upgrade #20

Is it possible to upgrade the requirements to the following (latest) versions:

python > 3.2.3 pyqt > 4.9.4 optipng > 0.7.1 pngcrush > 1.7.34 advancecomp = 1.15 (up-to-date) jpegoptim > 1.2.4

The requirements on the website are minimum requirements. They are the oldest versions of the softwares that are known to work with Trimage and any newer should be fine.

It doesn't work anymore with the latest version of pngcrush.
