Initial flatpak support to fix #58.

Works for me (it launched) but not sure yet if:

does the desktop file and the icon works?
does everything work as intended?

Need to be fixed:

[x] ~~There are some errors with dependencies when optimizing images~~
[ ] There is a warning which causes the gnome theme not to be used

When all will be ready, you'll need to submit the application on Flathub: https://github.com/flathub/flathub/wiki/App-Submission

Don't hesitate to test it easily with gnome-builder.
