Adds the KP player menu as replacement for the old GREUH extended options.
The GREUH extended options will still be there and selectable via the parameters, it's just not the default. As the KP player menu requires CBA, the GREUH extended options are also used as fallback, if no CBA is used but the KP player menu is selected or not changed in the parameters.
