Description:

Just small tweaks to the handling of capturing enemy or seizing civilian vehicles. Also added seized civilian vehicles to zeus editable objects.

Content:

[x] EH for capture enemy vehicles via GetInMan on player
[x] Function to set a civilian vehicle seized now in a proper function
[x] Adjustments to save manager and zeus synchro due to changes

Successfully tested on:
