Adds an interactive tutorial which works via tasks.
Currently the start of the mission with FOB deployment, build storage area and collect start resources is implemented (First FOB Path).
Most likely it won't be expanded further in 0.96.7, but provide a foundation for further paths in a 0.96.8.
