Splitted the config file in seperate files, as the current one got very long and messy. So also added comments and categories to the config values.
Also unified the prefix to KPLIB_ instead of a wild mix of KPLIB_, GRLIB_ and KP_liberation_.
This isn't tested yet, due to the search/replace of the prefixes. But should be provided as foundation for 0.96.8. There are also still many variables which aren't having a prefix at all, which would need to be taken care of later.
