Add variable for radio towers to kp_liberation_config

Currently when you want to change the radio tower you have to go to the function and change it.
Describe the solution you'd like:
Add a variable to the kp_liberation_config to set the spawning radio tower. Preferably an array of possible radio towers it selects random between, if someone wants more variety.
