Unlimited Zeus does not "load" unofficial addons

Short Issue Description

Regardless of the mod options or official KP liberation missions choice, making zeus "not limited" does not unlock all unofficial addons. Only unlocks vanilla content. The only exeption to this is RHS, which gets treated as vanilla content by eden editor aswell. Setting it to limited does what intended and does not allow creation of units at all.

Expected Behaviour

Unlimiting zeus in the parameters menu should allow all addons, official and unofficial to be able to created and used.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Load any mod (for example CUP units) Pick any Kp liberation mission/map, Host local server and in the mission parameters pick the unlimted zeus option for the commander Active Zeus by pressing Y. Notice only vanilla units, modules,etc are available.

Screenshots, Serverlog or any other helpful Information

I Have tried any mod combination, resetting the missions and tried in other pc to host. Same problem. Arma3_x64_2020-09-14_16-07-43.zip
