Bug: Provide default folder when "Folder Path" is selected

I addressed the use case of "Open folder if path is already given", but I need to open a default path if

• [ ] No path is already provided in the input
• [ ] An invalid path is provided in the input

I assume the default app folder is where we should default to, open to suggestions.
