I'm having an issue selecting a device #4

I am unable to choose a device on the plugin. I created a quick video to show my steps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EKQJ-Q7WPjA My devices are one H6143 strip lights and two H6003 bulbs, which should both be compatible No lie, its probably an issue on my side, i'm just trying to find out where i went wrong/ what i have to do

On your phone app have you registered an account with email verification? And Is the email that your using for the api request the same as the one signed into the app?

My govee email is verified and i requested the api key through the app itself. I can try swapping the email to another one and requesting the key again. Its just late where i am so ill try that in the morning.

Just to verify you have already restarted TouchPortal correct? And the devices are already added on the app?

Ye i restarted and i have all the lights set up and functional on the app. I cant test it right now so ill get back to you on Friday.

Same issue as OP. Email is verified, Govee API pop up works, API key inserted. Restarted TP, added new button and went to add an on/off toggle. No devices are showing up under the drop down. Device is H6110

I restarted everything, and setup govee with a new email and api key. Still the same issue

This plugin is outdated.... Last release was Jan 2021. Also It's using old way to create the Plugin. So ill have to remake this Plugin and use my Python SDK and fix those issue. But That'll take time and school has been started so it will take even longer. Sorry about that

I would say maybe around TouchPortal 2.4 then ill have the new remake

I just wanted to check to see if there's been any progress on this. I was very excited to find the Govee plugin but I'm experiencing the same symptoms as listed above; the device drop down is just empty. I hope school is going well and thanks for all you do!
