Couldn't get the plugin to work #4

Hi KillerBOSS,

Thanks for the plugin.

I have been trying to get this plugin to work to mimic what I have on StreamDeck, that is a button that I can click to check the internet speed. However, I tried installing the plugin, assigned the Action to a Button's On Press event, and tried clicking it.

The button visual is empty, even before clicking the button; clicking the button and waiting doesn't seem to have any effect.

Any idea?

Hello! Is this running on Windows? If so can you open Task manager and kill TPSpeedtest.exe (You might need to click the arrow down on TouchPortal in Task Manager) press Win+R then enter %appdata%/TouchPortal/plugins/TPSpeedTest and you will need to open a cmd window in that folder. And run this command TPSpeedtest.exe -d -l log.txt after running it. Try run the speed test then upload the log here.
