There is no voice to select to or output options are also empty

A log file might help. fully shutdown TP and then goto %appdata%/TouchPortal you should see a file named log.txt delete it. And relaunch TP and see if you see any voices if not send me the log that's newly created in TouchPortal folder. As this log helps me to see how to improve this in the next version
