[RAW Video] Crop frames correctly #183

It seems that currently frames are cropped to 1920x1080, however image/video editors usually discard 8 pixel from the sides, so to get a FullHD image it would be better to crop the image to 1936x1096

its a work in progress. maybe it can get changed later. same for fps. but currenlty it looks like more that i drop it.
