Most of Gu_WaterPark is yellow, and appears to have a texture overlayed screen-space.

Tested in Gu_WaterPark from MK8 WiiU

I think this bug is from after another course has been loaded (there is some sort of bgenv loading issue needing to properly reset for loading maps)
