Can .arc files be unpacked #148

.arc is way too common of an extension so what game is it from? It can open .arc for Wii U8 archives, WiiU/Switch sarc archives, and gamecube .rarc archives.

It's a Switch game. The arc file in it cannot be unpacked further

What do you mean further? If it does not open then the format is not supported in the tool.

If they are from capcom games, you can open them with Karameru from Kuriimu toolset
