open process error #34

I reinstalled Tekken, so I get such an error, please help me

Run in Administrator

When I run admin, I get this error parameter is wrong

Do you have an antivirus running? Something is refusing my application to have privileges to modify the Tekken process. If even in admin it does this error, then an antivirus is probably interfering.

Turning off v3 solved the problem
