If rembg extension installed - upscaler removes background #180

Describe the bug
Installed rembg and from now all upscaled images with removed background. This extension is on Extras tab, but inactive by default.

Environment

OS: Windows

Console logs
No errors

But it will be a nice feauture to add a command for removing background!
