Is this an implementation of the paper "https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/10137078”? Because some parts are missing like Feature Extraction, Edge Weight Computation, Fault Propagation Time Window,..

Yeah, that’s right. I'm an undergraduate, and it was a just simple implementation of the paper you referenced, so some parts are missing as you said.
