https tracker issue #13

When I try to create a tracker with HTTPS I get an error:

Example: Invalid tracker: https://home.issue.com/uehjgjidfgjdlkfgjdlfgjdflgjdflgqDm/announce

Fixed, it needs to be specified to have :443 as port for HTTPS
