As a user, I want an easy way to navigate the site

WHEN the page loads THEN the navbar will display on all pages of the app AND links will point to routes established in the Routing Ticket #67

Dev Notes

• [ ] Install Reactstrap
• [ ] create a Navbar component, importing scss, react, firebase, & PropTypes
• [ ] import { Navbar, NavbarBrand, Collapse, Nav, NavbarToggler} from 'reactstrap';
• [ ] return a navbar with a brand,
• [ ] after the brand line, include a NavbarToggler element with onClick={this.toggle}
• [ ] add Collapse tags with isOpen={this.state.isOpen}
• [ ] Includes links for Home, Books, Beer, Whiskey, Profile, and a login button
• [ ] create state for isOpen and set to false
• [ ] create toggle function that sets state of isOpen to the opposite of its current state (isOpen: !this.state.isOpen)
