MAC版本希望新增这两个功能 #85

1.希望MAC版本增加切换布局功能，不然有些文本看不到。 2.播放窗口置顶功能，窗口总是跑到别的软件后面。

还有一个BUG；MAC版本耳机断开后重新连接没声音了。电脑静音后连接蓝牙耳机，其他应用有声音APTV没声音，必须关闭软件重新打开后才能听到声音。

IOS版本连蓝牙也是一样的bug
