请问有没有计划支持#分隔的地址？ #91

现在一些订阅源中，一个频道用#分隔了多个源地址，APTV现有版本不能识别这些频道。

不考虑支持，APTV支持下面的多源方式

EXTINF:-1,CCTV-1
