When clearing the filter, I would expect it to revert back to a user default if it exists If it doesn't, it should default to Prior Year and Monthly aggregation on the Central Metro region.
It looks like it's reverting to Prior Month right now, but sticking with Monthly aggregation and making every aggregation level available.
