Have ability to set how graphical shortcut menu appears #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run mobileterminal
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The graphical shortcuts menu shows up too quickly. There should be a delay
between when you press the screen until it shows up. Sometimes people are
about to enter a gesture, but the shortcuts menu interfered with it because it
popped up too quick. A better option is to have a delay that is user settable
fron config menu.

Also maybe put a small button on mobile terminal so that pressing it will activate the shortcuts menu. This will allow you to change the shortcuts menu's default method of activation. Sometimes you wish to press the screen and scroll up and down to see overflowed output text. This allows you to scroll the window.

Perhaps in the config let user choose pressing the window for a certain amount
of time will activate scrolling or activate shortcuts menu. Or even ability to
turn off shortcuts menu so you need to press a button on the mobile terminal to
activate it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

This short cut menu is gone in v426 because the existing behavior was strange.
Marking this as obsolete.
