What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the app
2. Stare at the blackness while it starts
3. Wish for a Default.png

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A startup image would be nice, even if it's simple. Blackness is kind of boring.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
426, iPod 2G, iOS 4

Please provide any additional information below.
I made one (a simple one, but it works, in my opinion). This will probably be 
the height of my contribution to the project since I'm no good at coding...
