Keyboard does not return after returning from the preferences menu - Version Terminal-472.zip

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Terminal-472 - Press the little 'i' for preferences menu
2. Go into the Shortcut menu, edit the name of a shortcut
3. Navigate back to the terminal, you won't have a keyboard unless you relaunch 
terminal

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should get the keybaord back, you don't

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Installed Terminal-472.zip and followed the wiki install guide after scp .zip 
file

iPoo:~ root# uname -a
Darwin iPoo 10.4.0 Darwin Kernel Version 10.4.0: Wed Oct 20 20:08:31 PDT 2010;

Please provide any additional information below.
