Feature request: Plaintext config file for Shortcuts #301

Some of my shortcuts are very long and difficult to type. It would be great of 
I could edit a config file and paste these in. That would also be a way to edit 
the sort order of shortcuts, before there's enough time to add that feature 
into the GUI.
