Due to discord changes to the message content, I am not receiving the attachments anymore (this is strange as according to the docs I should still be able to receive them as I don't have the bot in more than 100 servers, but alas)
This is a good opportunity to remove all dependencies of the messages and create message commands and only search for the image in the message actioned.
