feat: roles update #91

Detailed description of this PR:

Added

Allow the user to remove the role if he already has the role when clicking the button

Changed

Buttons are now gray
Icons are now stored as the emoji name instead of id
If the emoji is missing from DB or Discord it will simply not show up on the button
