Creating vote fails without feedback #94

Describe the bug While creating a vote with a big name, it failed and no feedback was given to the user.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a vote with a big title.

Expected behavior Feedback to the user should be given when a vote fails to be created.

Additional context We should implement limits to the inputs
