Hello Kim,

The program looks very impressive, and thanks for putting all of this together. I feel that I don't understand how to add other IR probes to the AIM program:

  1. In the examples that I see I don't see literature with the corresponding equations and constants to understand how different equations or constants impact the Emap, Dmap, or python code that would be helpful?
  2. How does the program handle the other IR map forms I think I only saw the Azide map and no other reference?
  3. How hard is it to learn to create these?
  4. I want to study lipid carbon ester and phosphates in general, does this sound reasonable to do with AIM?
