Thanks for letting me know about the scrolling issue. Good news! I've fixed it in the latest nightly build. You can download it Nightly Build.

if you encounter any more issues please reopen this issue.

My package installer crashes when I try to install the latest nightly build.

Kin69 commented 4 months ago

Does it write anything or does it just crash?

serrq commented 4 months ago

It appears a popup with written inside "package installer has a problem" or something similar.

serrq commented 4 months ago

In one case just silently happen nothing (no installation without crashes).

serrq commented 4 months ago

Tried to install the new nightly build, doesn't work. Again. It fails the installation. Does nothing.

Hi,

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble with the nightly build installation. To help troubleshoot the issue, could you please:

  1. If possible try installing the app using adb install to see if that works.

  2. Provide your device name and Android version, so I can attempt to replicate the problem virtually.

  3. Make sure you have enabled the installation of apps from unknown sources in your settings.

  4. If possible, I would be very grateful if you could provide the ADB log while attempting to install the app

  5. Also I could try to send you .debug version so it would be installed as diffrent package

  6. Also your last version is downloaded from f-droid or github?

  7. If you have root or adb access have you uninstalled any system packages?

serrq commented 4 months ago

I have installed the 1.2.5 from f-droid. I am not a developer. So I cannot using adb etc.

Android 14 OnePlus CPH2399 Notes 1.2.5 (fdroid) I have unknown sources enabled.

Ok could you try install build version from this zip file it should be installed as diffrent package https://github.com/Kin69/EasyNotes/actions/runs/9821334448/artifacts/1673867515

I am sorry. I don't install debug versions.
