Inconsistent formatting #10

Rather detailed DG but unsure why points 2 and 3 are like this, which probably caused the inconsistent spacing between paragraphs:

Accepted as very low severity bug.

Severity changed from Low to Very Low since the inconsistency bug is purely cosmetic and does not affect usage of the User Guide.
