I am not sure what to look for however I made a screencast. Please let me know if you have any idea so I can resolve this.

Worth mentioning that it seems to work 100% perfect in Edge??

Sorry. Found out 1Password is messing with the stepper. Disabled it, works fine. Enabled it, doesn't work. Disabled again, works fine. Heads up for any 1Password browser extension user.
