Fix broken fonts (closes #18) and update to Inter #20

This PR fixes broken fonts by making them resources, and updates all references to the fonts to reflect these changes. This PR also replaces Jost* with Inter

Fallback fonts should work, but I haven't tested if Japanese glyphs work properly as I don't have Japanese set as my system locale.
