This PR merges several modifications needed for GEOS-Chem into dev, notably:
Adding the Aout optional argument to subroutine Fun_ (only if #MODEL gckpp is specified)
Adding !$OMP THREADPRIVATE statements for global variables saved to gckpp_Global.F90
As well as several structural modifications:
Add toggling of UPDATE_SUN, UPDATE_RCONST, UPDATE_PHOTO in several additional integrators
Removes unused (or set but not used) variables as flagged by GCC warning statements
Updated the LICENSE.txt and AUTHORS.txt
Changed version number in gdata.h to 3.0.0 to anticipate a new major version release once dev is merged into main
Allow Harvard Cannon users to specify the flex library with environment variable USER_FLEX_LIB_DIR
Trimmed trailing whitespace
We have verified that CI-tests for these updates (HEAD: 61cb2688) give identical results to the dev branch (HEAD: 4a365ae8).
Additional PRs will be submitted to toggle writing !$OMP THREADPRIVATE statements, as well as to remove the Fortran EQUIVALENCE statements (see issue #27).
