This PR gives KPP the capability to save Fortran-90 output by adding the #UPPERCASEF90 ON tag to the definition file.

This is working OK and can be merged with the add-geos-chem-updates branch. But I just wanted to get your feedback in case I could have done anything more robustly.

Thanks @RolfSander, I can update the documentation. (It's been a while since I've used LaTeX but I'll give it a go).

Don't worry about the LaTeX syntax. I can check it and then create a new pdf of the manual...
