Multi-Language Support #22

I hope you can enable multilingual support for SeedQueue so that people whose first language is not English can better understand the settings. I found a language file in the source code and have translated it into Simplified Chinese, and have attached it here for your reference. Thank you very much! zh_cn.json

Hi, thanks for the translations! :) I would love to add them to the mod, could you make a pull request? Just add them in the same folder as the en_us translations.
