Build Oracle

The oracle relays information to each party!

In our figma diagram, you can see how it interacts in the system at large.

What it needs to be able to do:

• Watch the Ballotbox.sol contract for all events
• Signify Agents of event occurrences - send them information about the event by email
• Encrypt email messages with PGP
• Act as a relayer for submitting transactions onto the Ballotbox.sol contract (for a fee)

Added a skeleton for watching Ballotbox.sol

• I'll need to generate an ABI
• and I'll need to set it up for individual method/functions

Added some functions to encrypt messages with PGP

• a file to generate public/private key pairs
• a file to encrypt data with public key
• a file to decrypt data with private key, public key and passphrase

We can do this using PUSH notification even directly from smart contracts. They have all the plumbing in place.
