Game getting softlock #3

I don't know the what wrong with the game. When I try to enter this part (Chapter 1 last boss) image The game unable to load cutscene even if I skip it still unable to load the boss fight Using debug mode give me this message image 2 I decide to use someone save to skip this but it happen again after I complete the first quest in Leanbox. I don't know how many more, atm I manage to fully clear chapter 3 without getting softlock EDIT: Okay I found out switching the game to Japanese setting and was able to load it but switching back to english softlock again

I am curious: do you mean japanese voices or text?

To Japanese text, actually I dunno what wrong with the game When I switch to Japanese language I thought it over but in some scene unable to load in Japanese language and have to switch back to English to load again
