Styling the groupbar background #75

I have more of an aesthetic question but perhaps it can be made into a 
suggestion.

Is there a way to change the color of the groupbar itself? I know I can tweak 
the CSS responsible for the tabs but I'd like to alter the background the tabs 
sit on.

If you can point me the the corresponding css, I can find my way from there but 
in itself, this may be a feature worth adding.

You should take dom inspector for investigation of the related Elements.
