Changelog:

Add Italian translation (by Mario)
Fix #4 - caused by adding same translation string multiple times to the game
Restructure html into multiple directives/views and corresponding .html files
Add a dedicated preset screen with details to a given preset
New confirmation dialogs for creating new products etc.
Validating user input data before creating objects
Add option to copy an created item
