Added Wishlist with proper auth, basic UI, inserting games page, and image checking w/ size limits

A website that allows users to search the cheapest games from any registered store on the platform, write reviews, create a cross-store wishlist, import cross platform user stats, and more! Utilizes APIs and a MySQL DB to maintain platform data, and is modularized as to be easy to read and expandable.

Broke wishlist into server, client, and queries
HEAVILY modified database so all developers will need to remake their local instances
Added new add game page (temporary UI and bad functionality, will solve later)
Routes away from admin and manager wishlists now, since they cant have one
account setting bug fixed
screen loading on wishlist and account settings BUG -> takes up entire page
Random generation of photo keys getting bad, need to reevaluate with team later
Account Settings and Themes Fixes + Image Checker and Compressor Checker
